A printed booklet version of the research, designed as something people can pick up, keep and share.

This works well for hotels, venues, workplaces, residential developments, cultural spaces, anniversaries, launches, open days or client gifts. The booklet can bring together the written story, historic maps, archive photographs, captions and modern context in a more polished, physical format.

Booklets are usually based on an existing Research Pack, with design, layout and print costs priced separately depending on page count, paper choice and quantity.

Specification

Our printed booklet option is produced as a professional saddle-stitched booklet, with pages folded and stapled neatly through the spine. This creates a clean, lightweight and polished finish, ideal for reception copies, client handouts, launch events, visitor information, or sharing the story of your place with staff, guests and customers.

Standard booklet specification:

  • Size: A5 portrait

  • Binding: Saddle stitch / stapled spine

  • Print: Full colour, double-sided

  • Cover: 350gsm recycled uncoated paper

  • Inner pages: 200gsm recycled uncoated paper

  • Finish: No lamination as standard

  • Minimum quantity: 10 copies

  • Page count: Based on the commissioned research pack and final artwork

  • Turnaround: Please allow approximately 10 working days from final artwork approval

This gives us time to prepare the booklet artwork, check the layout, arrange printing and allow for delivery. Other quantities, paper weights, finishes or formats can be quoted separately if required.

The attached supplier spec confirms saddle-stitch binding, A5 portrait options, double-sided print, recycled paper options, and booklet printing up to 84 pages.
